Shock move wrong
Replaced for “long-term success?”
Shock management, you have to be kidding me.
The coach you hired took the team to a 49-8 record. Three great years. What do you want? Seems pretty good to me. His plan didn’t win you over with suggestions from Rob Keefe as well?
Adam Shackleford is a winning coach. He must be doing something right. If you look at the Keefe file he “helped’ the Shock. He helped Shackleford. Shackleford was the coach.
The general manager said, “I am sure Shackleford is disappointed.” Who wouldn’t be after what he has done for Spokane and the Shock?
Shackleford should be the coach for the team in the new league. He has earned this. See what he can do and then make a call for change.
The GM says, “Rob hasn’t had the opportunity to be a head coach.” Duh?
Backlash … not making 100 percent of the people happy. See if you sell out every game now. I won’t go. What you have done is wrong. Your justification for this move is as phony as a $3 bill.
I wish the best for Coach Shackleford.
