House fire burns in north Spokane

Firefighters put out a working structure fire at Ash Street and Longfellow Avenue at midday, KHQ reports. The work closed Ash at Wellesley Avenue. No injuries were reported, but there was extensive smoke damage to the house, firefighters said.
