Julyamsh Powwow Today through Sunday. The largest outdoor Native American powwow in the Northwest hosting some 800 dancers and 55 drum groups hailing from tribes all across the U.S. and Canada. “Good Night Captain Mama/Buenas Noches Capitan” In this personal story, we meet a young boy who wonders why his mama is dressed in a uniform.
