Lilac City Fairy Tales - Featuring original songs and tales. Authors include Sharma Shields, Kris Dinnison, Nance Van Winckel, Laura Read, Brooke Matson, Maya Jewell Zeller and Ellen Welcker. Kenworthy Gala and Auction - Evening of appetizers, drinks and entertainment. Doors will open at 7 p.m., with entertainment starting at 8 p.m. The social hour will include small bites from PRLR and a no-host bar; followed by the University of Idaho Jazz IV Ensemble directed by Al Gemberling. Tom and Jo Ann Trail will be honored with the fifth annual Kenworthy Players Performing Arts Award. Che’nshish 2014 Golf Scramble - North Idaho College American Indian Student Alliance is hosting its fifth annual golf scramble at Circling Raven Golf Club to raise money for the Che’nshish scholarship. YWCA of Spokane Women of Achievement Impact Luncheon - For 32 years, this event has celebrated high achieving women in the community. One of the main goals is to raise awareness of domestic violence. The guest speaker is Hattie Kaufman, the first Native American journalist to anchor KING 5 News in Seattle and to serve as a special correspondent for ABC’s Good Morning America.
