Everett defeats Spokane 5-0

EVERETT, Wash. – Enyel De Los Santos and two relievers held Spokane to four hits and Alex Jackson smacked his fifth home run, leading the Everett Aqua Sox to a 5-0 victory Monday night.

The Aqua Sox (11-8) moved two games ahead of Spokane (9-10) in the Northwest League North Division.

De Los Santos (2-0) allowed all four hits, plus two walks and hit a batter, but struck out six.

Joseph Pistorese had a walk and four strikeouts in three innings and Joselito Cano had two strikeouts in the ninth as the Indians fanned 12 times.

Tyler Davis (1-2) allowed three runs, two earned, in his five innings for the Indians. Omarlin Lopez gave up the other two runs in his three innings.

Spokane had runners on second and third with no outs in the third but couldn’t get a key hit.
