Tom Shannon has joined McKinstry as the director of the in-building wireless team. Shannon is an electrical engineer with 20 years of experience in the wireless industry, including six years managing nationwide deployments for in-building systems.

DEI Electrical Consultants has hired Alex Johnson as a project construction manager. Johnson is a member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors with 35 years of construction and project-management experience.

Choice Advisory Services Inc., a referral company for senior housing and care options, has opened an office at the Tapio Center, Red Flag Building, 104 S. Freya St., Suite 202. Stephen Towles, a Certified Senior Advisor, will be the resident adviser in the Spokane office after serving as an adviser in the Seattle office for seven years. Prior to that, he was a church senior minister for 26 years.

Ryan Holbrook has been named to a two-year term as the practice president for Cancer Care Northwest (CCN). Holbrook has been with CCN for 13 years and has 20 years of experience as a surgical oncologist. He is a fellowship-trained member of the Society of Surgical Oncology and a fellow in the American College of Surgeons.

Robin Benton has joined Fidelity Associates as an employee benefits consultant. Benton was previously a client consultant with Gallagher Benefit Services.

Jennifer Hedges Ballantyne has joined Elder Law Group PLLC as an associate attorney. Hedges Ballantyne is a 2014 graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law.
