Fatal crash sparks fire near Washtucna

The Washington State Patrol has responded to a fatal collision on Highway 26 about 18 miles west of Washtucna in Adams County. Both vehicles involved in a head on collision around 8 p.m. were fully engulfed in fire, the WSP said. At least one person is dead. The road is closed in both directions.
