7 Nights Out: The entertainment options for the week ahead

1. Myles Kennedy

The Future Song Foundation Benefit Concert features Spokane’s Myles Kennedy, vocalist/guitarist of Alter Bridge and Slash and the Conspirators, along with Peter Rivera, former lead sing and drummer of Rare Earth, in an evening of intimate acoustic performances; hosted by Randy Shaw, former anchorman from KREM. The mission is to connect the young people in our area with music teachers, musical instruments and opportunities to help them achieve their potential.

2. KC and The Sunshine Band

Band behind the huge disco/R&B hits “Get Down Tonight,” “That’s The Way (I Like It),” “Boogie Shoes,” “Rock Your Baby,” “I’m Your Boogie Man,” “(Shake, Shake, Shake) Shake Your Booty” and “Keep It Comin’ Love” returns to the Inland Northwest for a night of funky rhythms.

3. An Evening with Gentri: The Gentleman Trio

Three highly trained tenors – Brad Robins, Casey Elliott and Bradley Quinn Lever – perform a brand of music best described as “cinematic pop,” with lush orchestrations and rich, dynamic three-part harmonies all composed by the group’s producer Stephen Nelson.

4. Affiniti: A Celtic Christmas Concert

This trio of harp, violin and soprano voice performs classical and Celtic music, Christmas songs and movie music, all with a Celtic lilt.
