Empire Eye Physicians’s to add third office

Empire Eye Physicians is planning a new clinic in Spokane Valley.

RA Hanson Co. has filed preliminary plans with the city to build a 20,000-square-foot office at 16010 E. Indiana Ave.

Spokane-based Bernardo|Wills Architects is designing the building.

Empire Eye Physicians has an office at the Rockwood Clinic facility in Spokane Valley and one in Coeur d’Alene.
