Both measures now move to the House, where there's more support for them; House Education Committee Chairman Bob Nonini, R-Coeur d'Alene, who backs the bills, already has scheduled committee hearings on them starting Tuesday morning. Nonini said he expects the measures to pass, calling them "some of the most important things we're going to do this year."
