No tweet goes unnoticed, even as I let pretty much the whole twitterverse fly right by. (Not counting what Sis retweets to FB.) Is there some # of seconds in which one could delete a mistaken blurt and have it go unremarked? (What Rep. Mendive said: "Was there a reporter in the room?")
