Trucks provided by the Greater Spokane Food Truck Association include: Meltz Extreme Grilled Cheese, Mixed Plate Food Truck, Jamaican Jerk Pan, Skewers, One Night Stand BBQ, Tacos Tijuana, Christ Kitchen, Mac Daddy’s Gourmet Grub, Black Fire Kettle Corn and The Scoop.
