International Cake Exploration Societé Convention & Show
Aug. 3-6. The 42nd ICES Convention and Show features hundreds of elaborate cakes by decorators from all around the United State and world. Our theme is “It’s Always Time for ICES”. ICES is one of the first cake shows in the country. Come check out celebrity cake and sugar artists who have appeared on food channels, sugar art gallery, the grand cake will incorporate many of the iconic representations of the city of Spokane and the state of Washington a vendor hall and demos.
