Matchless Brewing Beer Dinner
The beers that Matchless brews are done on a small scale, with their small batch process allowing them to stay fresh and to constantly rotate their selection of beers. These beers are still tough to get here in Spokane, but the brewery has been trying to make frequent trips to Spokane to share their awesome beer with our market. Menu includes wild mushroom risotto, shrimp linguini, BBQ pork belly with grits and dark chocolate ganache tart. Each course will be paired with a Matchless beer.
