Buddy Guy has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, an influence to Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughan and a pioneer for Chicago’s West Side sound of electric blues. Rolling Stone magazine ranked him 23rd on its “100 Greatest Guitarists of All-Time.”
