Summary

Eric Hollenbaugh scored two second-half goals as Ferris defeated visiting Shadle Park 4-1 on Friday. Matt Beaulaurier opened the scoring for the Saxons at 18 minutes, and Terry Cox added another goal five minutes later. Peter Sokolis halved the lead just before intermission, but Hollenbaugh's brace put the game out of reach. Shadle keeper Kendric DeMonin made 18 saves to keep the Highlanders in the game. Braeden Weber made two saves in net for Ferris and also assisted on Hollenbaugh's first goal. Ferris is now 5-0 in the GSL, tied with Lewis and Clark in first.
