What happened: Mia Payton and Trudi Thompson both scored a goal a piece as Gonzaga Prep (12-6, 7-2) defeated Mead (16-2, 8-1) in a loser out game. Mead has many good opportunities in both halves, but the Bullpups' defense shut them out. Gonzaga Prep will next play on Saturday agasint the loser of Chiawana vs. Hanford.
