"Happy", a 6-year-old Yellow Lab, swims at the Doggie Dip at Shadle Park pool on August 29th, 2016. "Happy" and his owner Patti Livingstone, are a Pet Partner Team and regularly visit patients at Shriner's Hospital and CancerCare NW. First graders at Lidgerwood Elementary School also read to "Happy" in the library.

I was fortunate enough to capture this image of an owl. I'm not 100% sure on the species, but it was taken August 14, 2016 at Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge. I got there about 7:30 a.m. and came across the owl about 8 a.m.
