Wine lovers headed out this weekend to sample what the Spokane area has to offer are likely to taste wines that rank well against some of the best wines in the country, especially in terms of price. A 49-year-old Spokane woman was found dead in her submerged car in the Columbia River at Vantage, Wash., on Monday morning, an incident that was still puzzling investigators today. Sheriff Gene Dana of Kittitas County said foul play was not suspected in the death of Teresa Lynn Sampson.
