Compiled From Wire Services

Craig Erickson, a restricted free agent obtained by Indianapolis in a trade with Tampa Bay, signed a three-year, $6 million contract with the Colts.

Erickson received a $1.75 million signing bonus and will earn about $1.38 million in salary this year.

The Seahawks announced the signing of six more free agents, giving them 14 free agents signed since last weekend’s NFL draft. The new free agents were:

Defensive tackle Ernest Allen, from University of Cincinnati; offensive tackle Mills Ariail, from Davidson; linebacker Michael Barber, from Clemson; running back Tyree Dye, from Ferris State; quarterback Joe Pickens, from Duke; and cornerback Chad Wilson, from Miami.

Former Philadelphia Eagles and Houston Oilers defensive tackle Mike Golic, who dabbled in sports broadcasting since being released by the Miami Dolphins last year, is officially retiring.
