2 Assaulted, Hurt In Bar Parking Lot

Two men suffered head injuries in an assault outside of a Coeur d’Alene bar early Sunday.

William C. Norris, 43, told police he was jumped by three other men in a parking lot at Players’ Bar. Norris was walking around to the back of his van after hearing someone hit it.

He reported being punched and hit over the head with an unknown object. Norris received 20 stitches.

A bar employee who tried to intervene also was injured when he was hit over the head with a beer bottle. Todd A. Boe, 23, was given 10 stitches for a scalp wound.

There have been no arrests in connection with the fight. , DataTimes
