Kootenai County Sheriff

Kathleen Acquistpace reported Tuesday the $1,700 theft of stereo equipment, a VCR recorder, and two cameras from her home in the 33500 block of Pend Oreille Drive, Coeur d’Alene.

Laura Riem reported Tuesday the $3,300 theft of two diamond rings from her home in the 8200 block of Ridgewood Drive.

Coeur d’Alene Police

Cheryl Komosinski reported Tuesday the $600 theft of computer equipment from Panhandle Home Health, 1000 W. Hubbard.

Christopher Cannon reported Tuesday the $675 theft of a VCR and CDs from his home in the 1100 block of Front Ave.

Joseph Muckenthaler reported Tuesday theft of $370. He gave the money to someone as a downpayment, decided not to buy the car because the sellers changed the agreement and didn’t get the money back.

Linda Durkin, 900 block of Montana, reported Tuesday $300 theft by fraud. Someone used her GTE calling card to make long distance calls.
