Coeur d’Alene police

Margaret Vaughan, receptionist for Acuff NorthWest Inc., 1103 Sherman, reported Monday that two windows had been broken, causing $650 damage.

Louis Garbrecht reported Monday the theft of his $400 electric guitar from his home in the 900 block of Armstrong Avenue.

Kootenai County sheriff

Patrick Myers, Hayden, Idaho, reported Monday that $997 worth of long-distance telephone calls had been charged to his number.

William Pogge, principal of Worley Elementary School, reported Monday the theft of $600 in stereo equipment from the gym.

Michael Verbillis reported Monday the $650 theft of a chain saw, a coat and miscellaneous items from his home in the 200 block of Lakeview Drive.

Brian Kadoun reported Monday the $500 theft of tools and a toolbox from his van parked at the Bennett Bay Inn, 5144 E. Coeur d’Alene Lake Drive.

John Marcheso reported Monday for BLM Enterprise the theft of $400 worth of sheet metal from a construction site at Government Way and Lacey.

Gary Beckett reported Monday a $1,250 theft by a plumbing contractor. The contractor was paid in October but never performed the labor.

Bonner County sheriff

Ruth Spracklen, Dufort Road, Sagle, Idaho, reported Monday the theft of her 1990 Ford Festiva from her residence.
