Local Students Named To Wwu’s Honor Roll
The following students, including some receiving perfect 4.0 grade-point-averages, were named to the Western Washington University honor roll at the completion of winter quarter 1995. Each student completed at least 14 graded credit hours during the quarter and was in the top 10 percent of his or her class:
Eric John Erickson of Colbert; Angie Marie Langley of Mead; Heather Ann Campbell of Moses Lake; and Rachel Maria Hastay, Kathleen Jennifer Law, Halle T. Luong and Elizabeth Alexandra Williams of Pullman.
Spokane students with 4.0 GPAs are Matthew Lewis Bell, Dana Kathryn Brannan, William Martin Dirks, Mary Jo Dunn and Daniel James Hauge. Other honor roll students from Spokane are Adrianna Ruth Finer, Rebecca Dawn Gates, Megan Elizabeth McChesney, Megan Andrea Murphy, Scott Matthew Numata, Carolyn Susanne Robohn, and Lisa Marin Sommers.
Other area honor roll students are Melissa Dayle Deabler and Sarah Dawn Shearer of Veradale and Juniper Ruth Garver-Hume of Wenatchee.
The following students of Ballet Arts Academy auditioned and were accepted to attend summer dance programs throughout the country: Sara Morrison, Alberta Ballet; Rebecca Anderson-Koontz and Marisa Schuchart, Boston Ballet; Samantha Cooper and Megan Harris, Contra Costa; Elizabeth Harrell and Eleanor Tripp, Ballet West; Betsy Severtson, Joffrey School of Ballet; Alison Stewart, L.A.
