POLICE BLOTTER Coeur d’Alene police

Brandon Wallis reported Thursday $170 damage to his tires and wires and the $630 theft of four speakers, two knives, tools, cassette tapes and a steering wheel from his pickup truck parked on the 3100 block of Fruitland Lane.

Patrick Kaufman, owner of Auto Rental, reported Thursday the $3,000 theft of an 1986 Chrysler when someone rented it and did not return it.

Ivan Melvin reported Sunday the $1,200 theft of a television, washing machine and chain saw from his grandmother’s home on the 400 block of Summit Ave.

Elvin Neill reported Thursday the $8,000 theft of a 1977 Corvette from his storage unit at Industrial Mini Storage, 4907 Industrial Way.

George Lacey, pastor at the First Presbyterian Church, reported Thursday $350 damage to a stained glass window at the church at 521 Lakeside Ave.

David Sheridan, sales manager for Coeur d’Alene Honda, reported Thursday $500 damage to a door window of a car on the lot at 2745 Seltice Way.

Robbie Robinson reported Thursday the $315 theft of a mountain bike from her carport at her home on the 4500 block of Ramsey Road.

Dale Tillinghast, Hayden, reported Wednesday the $3,445 theft of a toolbox, jacket and two light fixtures from his storage unit at Dalton Mini Storage, 5832 Government Way.

Terry Hubbard, employee of Kootenai County Parks and Waterways, reported Tuesday the $750 theft of a lens cover and $100 damage to wires of a navigation light on Tubbs Hill.

Charles Currier, Worley, reported Wednesday the $860 theft of logs from property located on Elder Road.

Clifford Hohnwaldt, Bayview, reported Thursday $1,500 damage to his hedge on his property on the 16900 block of Capehorn Road.

Joseph Desmond, Hayden, reported Thursday the $720 theft of duck decoys and a dog training collar from his pickup while it was parked at the Rose Lake boat Ramp.

Jolene Ronning, Hawaii, reported Thursday the $400 theft of cash by forgery when someone cashed two of her personal checks.
