Robert Spray reported Monday $300 damage to the engine of his ‘78 Ford Bronco when someone vandalized the gas filter and spark plug while it was parked at his home in the 800 block of Third St.

William Morris, contractor for Shorewood Homes, reported Monday the $1,500 theft of carpet from a house under construction in the 5800 block of Harcourt Drive.

Thomas Ball, owner of Coeur d’Alene Monument, reported Monday the $400 theft of tools, wood and granite from a shed behind the business at 1032 Government Way.

Diana Matteson reported Monday the $330 theft of her son’s BMX bike from her home in the 5300 block of Annie Ave.

Gary Kline, security employee of ShopKo, reported Monday the $412 forgery of checks written to buy clothes, tools and miscellaneous items from the business at 217 Ironwood Drive.

Gregg Thurman reported Monday the $500 theft of a car stereo receiver from his car parked at his apartment in the 3000 Fruitland Lane.

David Hudson, Rathdrum, reported Monday the $750 theft of his motorcycle from his home in the 4000 block of Chase Road.

John Burnett, Hayden, reported Monday $2,000 damage to his dog kennel at his home in the 1900 block of Hudlow Road.

Gordon McConnell, Hayden, reported Monday the $1,110 theft of a welder and chain saw from his storage unit at 9553 Ramsey Road.

Jay Nicholson, Snohomish, Wash., reported Monday the $700 theft of his aluminum boat while it was moored at the Lower Twin Lakes boat ramp on Twin Echo Drive.

Mark Henderson, employee of Cougar Concrete, reported Monday the $580 theft of a power saw and roto hammer from his company truck while it was parked at a friend’s house in the 3300 block of McGuire Road.

Merritt Andrews, Rathdrum, reported Saturday the $1,500 theft of two chainsaws from his pickup truck parked in the driveway of his home in the 3600 block of Silver Lane.
