Volleyball, Football Jamborees At Lake City

Post Falls, Coeur d’Alene and Lakeland will gather at Lake City tonight for a volleyball jamboree. Play begins at 6 on two courts.

Sandpoint, Coeur d’Alene, Lakeland and Post Falls will join LC in a football jamboree Friday at LC. The controlled scrimmages will begin at 7.

Tickets for the jamborees are $4 for adults, $2 for students. No passes will be accepted.

North Star League eight-man football teams begin a week earlier than the bigger schools Friday.

Preseason favorite Lakeside entertains Clark Fork at 7:30 p.m., while Falls Christian goes to Mullan in an afternoon contest at 3:30.
