Georgia and Tennessee swapped places in the AP’s women’s college basketball poll, Georgia (3-1) moving up to No. 4 and Tennessee (7-2) slipping to fifth.

Stanford, Connecticut and Louisiana Tech remained 1-2-3.

The Cardinal (8-0) had a perfect 1,000 points in the voting by a national media panel. Connecticut (6-0) had 942 points and Louisiana Tech (9-0) received 926 to remain Stanford’s top challengers. Old Dominion, Alabama, Texas Tech, North Carolina State and Notre Dame completed the Top Ten.
