Coeur d’Alene police

Steve Howard reported Wednesday the $1,650 theft of two chain saws from his pickup while it was parked in the Coeur d’Alene city limits.

Wendy Cordon reported Wednesday the $3,100 theft of two rings from the restrooms at Sears, Roebuck and Co., 200 Hanley Ave.

Kootenai County sheriff

Brian Farley, owner of Big Horn Builders Inc., reported Wednesday the $320 theft of plywood from a work site on the 1600 block of Standing Elk Trail Road.

Frederick Eakin, Coeur d’Alene, reported Wednesday the $2,081 theft of tools from his home on the 6600 block of 16th Street.

Post Falls police

Johnny Caven, Post Falls, reported Monday $1,300 damage to a camcorder and a garage door at his home on the 3500 block of Second Avenue.
