More Players Arrested

Compiled From Wire Services

Four more Idaho State University basketball players were arrested by police, following an investigation into a shoplifting scheme involving a retail store.

Dedric Bell, Cedric Robinson, Stephen Brown and Raphael Fondren were arrested Saturday and charged with petty theft. They were cited and released. The charge is a misdemeanor, punishable by a $1,000 fine or one year in county jail.

The four players were suspended from competition for one week.

That brings the total of Idaho State basketball players implicated to five, following the arrest of starting forward David Hickman on the same charge.
