Hints From Heloise
Dear Heloise: I work days and my wife works evenings, which means a sharing of the household chores. I do not mind and actually enjoy doing my part. A constant problem has been that I tend to forget where some bowls and pans are supposed to go in the kitchen cabinets, making it difficult for my wife to find what she needs the next day.
To solve the problem, my wife took out the instant camera and took pictures of the correct placement of these odd items and taped the pictures to the inside of the appropriate cabinet doors.
I no longer have any excuses. Another marriage saved by common sense and good old American know-how. - Dennis Bentley, Springfield, Mo.
