U.S. 95 Construction Likely To Delay Traffic

Construction projects on U.S. Highway 95 and in the city of Coeur d’Alene will potentially delay travelers next week.

On Monday, contractors begin excavating a drain pipe along the seven-mile stretch between Kootenai and Colburn in Bonner County, the Idaho Department of Transportation said. Crews also will add fill to the road, build embankments and pave the stretch this summer.

In Coeur d’Alene, meanwhile, city crews will be patching North Government Way and 15th Street. Sewer construction also continues along Timber Lane, Ichabod Lane, Margaret Avenue, Troy, Anne, Margaret and Ezy streets next week. , DataTimes
