As For This Marriage, The Breakup Was Justice
So sad about the marital disconnection between actress Halle Berry and Atlanta Braves outfielder David Justice.
But Star magazine says the arrangement was a “sham” to begin with.
“I’ve been living a lie,” the mag quotes Berry as saying. “David was the love of my life. I just can’t understand why I wasn’t enough for him. I told David that I wanted to build a life. But all he was interested in was other women.”
The breakup was announced shortly after Justice was picked up, but not arrested, by police in a rough section of West Palm Beach, Fla.
Earlier, in a nightclub called Diamond’s, a waitress said that Justice “was having the time of his life. He was splashing out $10 at a time for table dances and hitting on all the girls.”
