Roberts Splits Matches

Oregon’s Kevin Roberts, a senior from Spokane, was upset in the second round of the NCAA Division I wrestling championships.

After defeating Chris Madigan of East Stroudsburgh (Pa.) 5-0 in his opening match, Roberts, fifth-seeded, fell 7-1 to unseeded Jason Betz of Penn State. Iowa leads the team standings.
