Investor Sues Mcclatchy

A metals dealer who pulled out of Kevin McClatchy’s investment group before it bought the Pirates this year, has filed a notice of intent to sue the California newspaper heir and the attorney who helped him with the deal.

The notice was filed by William Snyder, of the suburb of Sewickley, in Common Pleas Court. Snyder has expressed displeasure with McClatchy’s public statements about the withdrawal.
