Man, 68, Arrested For Bank Robbery

A nursing home resident was arrested after allegedly taking a cab to a Boise bank, robbing it and then taking the same cab to a nearby bar.

Police said Frank A. Hines, 68, entered the West One Bank with the aid of a walker, handed a stick-up note to the teller and left with a bag of cash. He was in the Ada County Jail on a charge of armed robbery.
