Suspected Drug Dealer Is Secret Witness Target

A suspected drug dealer is this week’s Secret Witness target.

Perry Joseph Picou, 45, is wanted on a felony arrest warrant for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Picou is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.

Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information that leads to his arrest.
