The following offices and services will be affected by the New Year holiday today:

City and county garbage service will be one day late for regular pickup days today through Friday this week, (No alley service at all until weather allows).

All city and county offices will be closed.

Post offices will be closed.

State Liquor stores will be closed.

Most banks will be closed.
