HR2 (Newcomb, Stoicheff) - Sets salaries for members of House staff for 1997 legislative session.

HB104 (Appropriations) - Appropriates supplemental $480,000 in current budget for State Vessel Fund.

HB105 (Transportation and Defense) - Eliminates category of vehicles from 8,001 pounds through 16,000 pounds gross vehicle weight; allows drivers of vehicles up to 16,000 pounds to display passenger plates.

HB106 (Appropriations) - Appropriates additional $25.6 million to state Department of Transportation in current budget, including $12.7 million in federal funds related to 1996 floods.

HB107 (Appropriations) - Appropriates supplemental $7,700 in current budget to state Division of Financial Management.

HB108 (Appropriations) - Appropriates supplemental $16,100 to state Department of Parks and Recreation for administrative costs of Trailbike Fund. Introduced in Senate SB1014 (Finance) Makes an emergency $3.6 million appropriation to the state Lands Department for the current budget year.

SB1015 (Finance) - Makes an emergency $50,000 appropriation to the state Division of Environmental Quality for the current budget year.

SB1017 (Judiciary and Rules) - Sets up a consumer protection program regarding devices that help people with disabilities.

SB1018 (Judiciary and Rules) - Requires that all proceedings and documents involving juveniles 14 years old and older be public if they are charged with crimes that would be felonies if committed by adults.

SB1019 (Judiciary and Rules) - Requires a bond to be posted in a civil suit against a law enforcement officer for acts committed in the line of duty to assure case is pursued and that the officer’s costs are covered if he wins.

SB1020 (Judiciary and Rules) - Creates a crime of impersonating a public authority, punishable by a fine of $1,000 and a year in jail.
