Library Upgrade A Must
The Post Falls School District and city of Post Falls have done their part in supporting a badly needed library expansion.
The school district donated land and the city pledged $225,000 toward the 18,000-square-foot project. Now, the community needs to do its part by approving a $2 million library bond Tuesday.
Any resident who thinks Post Falls can do without a new library should visit the cramped building on Spokane Street between now and election day.
The space crunch has caused important books to be pulled from shelves - an intolerable situation for progressive Post Falls.
