REPLAY: Sports, April 18, 1998, page C2: The entry fee for the Lakeside Eagle fun run Sunday is $5. T-shirt fees are $10 and $12. The entry fee was incorrect in Friday’s recreation calendar spotlight.

If you’ve been tuning for Bloomsday and are eager to kick up your heels against some real competition, you can do it this weekend.

Two fun run/walks Sunday will give you a barometer two weeks before the big event.

Lakeside High School has its third annual Eagle Run, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Nine Mile Falls. It has 6.2- and 3.1-mile run/walk events. Fee: $15. Info: 466-1369; 466-2624.

The ninth annual MS Walk for Multiple Sclerosis, 2, 5 or 10 miles, gets under way at 10 a.m. at Spokane Falls Community College. It’s family oriented and offers prizes for fund-raising. Check-in begins at 8:30. Info: 482-2022.
