What kind of bear is white and lives in freezing temperatures between two chocolate chip cookies? Klondike’s new Big Bear Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich.

While neither the vanilla ice cream nor the cookies are quite premium quality, the combo was a big hit with members of The Spokesman-Review’s reader food panel, who seem to be suckers for frozen desserts.

So what if one night, we served them nothing but ice cream? It would be more than they could bear.
