Cheddar: 11.8 grams.

Provolone: 9.4 grams.

Parmesan, hard: 9.2 grams.

Mozzarella, full fat: 8.7 grams.

Feta: 7.5g grams.

Mozzarella, part skim: 5.6 grams.
