Kootenai County commissioners are scheduled to decide today whether to approve the Scarcello Ranch subdivision.

Deliberations will be at 10 a.m. in the commission offices. The development, proposed east of Twin Lakes, would put 100 2-acre homesites in the middle of ranchland. It would be the county’s first such subdivision.
