Rick Campbell of Salem, Ore., thought his 1974 Cadillac was a gas-guzzling road hog, a real tank, you might say. To get his point across, he decided to make an indisputable statement. So Campbell, owner of a sign business, built a replica of an M-60 Army tank around his Caddie and hit the road in military style. Get out of the way.
