New State Hotline Offers Wide Array Of Information

Idaho residents have a new resource for information on such issues as farm loans, financial planning, educational opportunities, community health programs and veterans’ services.

The Idaho Department of Agriculture’s toll-free hotline was launched Friday.

Calls to the Idaho Agricultural Resources Hotline go directly into a voice mailbox where callers will be asked to leave their first name, phone number and hometown.

Agriculture Department’s goal is to respond to each caller by the following business day. The toll-free number is (877) 862-5870.
