Police blotter Kootenai County sheriff

Christopher Close, Hayden, reported Wednesday the $8,500 theft of a snowmobile and trailer from the Coeur d’Alene Airport, 11401 Airport Drive.

Anthony Oslund, Hayden, reported Thursday the $665 theft of stereo equipment and compact discs from his 1995 Mazda pickup while it was parked at his home on the 1300 block of Tanager Ave.

Harold Woody, St. Maries, reported Thursday the $1,500 theft of a Browning rifle from his home on Bow Road and state Highway 3.
