By now, you’re probably getting tired of those trendy diet gurus telling you to eat more protein and less pasta.
There is a compromise: Papadini lentil pasta. Made purely from lentil flour, not wheat, it contains more protein, ounce-for-ounce, than sirloin steak, not to mention folate and fiber.
It comes in more shapes than steak: rice-like orzo, mini-lasagna malfada, ruffled cresta di gallo and conchigliette shells. But we wouldn’t recommend tossing it on the grill.
