When you’ve got good soup, good bread often isn’t far behind.

The Flour Mill in Hayden Lake, Idaho, best known for its assortment of organic breads, also makes a variety of organic soup mixes.

The Palouse Soup Mix pictured here contains brown and red lentils, green split peas, pearl barley, dried parsley and onion and spices. There’s also Lentil Chili, Country Bean Soup and New Year’s Soup.
