Bishop Terry’S Funeral Saturday

Sun., Feb. 28, 1999

The funeral for Episcopal Bishop Jeff Terry will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at St. John’s Cathedral, located at Grand Boulevard and 12th Avenue.

Conducting the service will be the former presiding bishop for the Episcopal Church of America, Edmond Browning. The preacher will be the Rev. Kristi Philip.

Memorial donations can be made to either the American Cancer Society or the Episcopal Diocese Endowment for the Episcopate.

Terry, 59, spiritual leader of more than 6,000 Inland Northwest families, died Friday of complications from a recent heart transplant.
